Bullman Fitness presents the Grip Handle, perfect for home and professional gyms. This
ergonomic handle attachment features a cutting edge design that was created to mimic the
natural positioning and range of motion our hands and arms desire. Significantly limiting the risk
of wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries for all fundamental pull exercises such as deadlifts, rows,
and pull ups, this grip handle is the ideal addition to your gym routine - especially when you’re
lifting heavy.
If you stand up straight with your hands by your side, you’ll notice that your hands are
faced inwards. Now if you think of most pull exercises, like the ones we mentioned, our hands
are almost never positioned to accommodate this range of motion. Not only does this lack of
stabilization cause injuries, but it can also hold you back from the muscle growth you’re looking
to achieve. At Bullman Fitness, this is exactly what we wanted to solve.. And so the grip handle
was born!
When we train against the natural range of motion of our bodies while using repetitive
exercises in hopes of achieving different results, we miss crucial muscle firing. Luckily with the 3
grip options and completely adjustable strap length featured in the Bullmans Fitness Grip
Handles, you can include and target those supporting muscles such as the forearms, back, and
shoulders more effectively. Grip variations for the same exercise can target completely different
muscle groups - so don’t be hesitant to get creative with these versatile grip handles!
Top 3 Plyo Grip Handles Uses
These are the top 3 main exercises you can do at home or at your gym with the Bullman
Fitness Grip Handles.
✔️ Ergo grip
This handle position imitates the natural curvature and angles of your hand. With the grip
tales facing downwards, this is the most ergonomic option, because the stronger part of your
hand (the middle) does the most work while relieving the pressure on the weaker parts of your
grip. Ideal for high reps (12-20).
✔️ Power grip
Starting from the Ergo grip positioning, pull the strap through to the other side so that the
grip tails are facing upwards. Providing a similar structure of half of a gymnastics ring handle,
the power option offers stability to your fingers and wrist while supporting the palm of your hand
- allowing for heavier pulls and lifts. Ideal for mid-high reps (7-12)
✔️ Forearm grip
Starting from the ergo or power grip positioning, simply put your ring or index finger
between the strap onto the finger cavity. This position effectively increases the difficulty of hand
and finger grip, allowing your forearms to kick into gear. For an intense forearm workout, try
mid-high reps (7-12).
